Acceptance

By accessing workspace-riverbase.click or engaging RiverBase Software Advisory (“RiverBase”, “we”, “us”) for consulting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Services described

Pages on this site describe programming consulting related to data engineering and ETL pipeline development. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign a statement of work or equivalent written agreement.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and branding, is owned by RiverBase or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s agreement; unless otherwise agreed, client retains ownership of code committed to client repositories, and RiverBase retains its pre-existing methods and templates.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about systems in scope, arrange necessary access, and ensure you have authority to grant that access. You remain responsible for your production environments, backups, and approvals.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, RiverBase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid consulting, liability caps and professional indemnity arrangements are set in the engagement agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
